Last Waterdrop

2012-2013, mail project

Creating the notion of "the last waterdrop" which arises and then disappears from a wet letter. It exists. However, we can't see and confirm it.

It waters down itself into an Infinite smaller, and it finally reaches 'a before' of that it is gone. Last Waterdrop

I write a letter and soak it in color water.

On the same day I send the wet letter to people.

I wanted to create a moment where the last waterdrop arises during its delivery.

(written on the envelope)

I wish this wetness will last as long as possible before arriving at you. I am sending my respect for the Last Waterdrop to disappear from this letter.

I support its concrete existence.

I support its uncertainty.

This color will be the only witness of the moment.

Dogok post office refused to sell a stamp to me. They told me not to send wet letters any longer, since they found that the wet letters had moistened other letters put in the same post box.

In collecting Last waterdrops, I count the number of them. My memory was interupted and I counted the same number twice. I take both as #17 to embrace my memory.
